friendly team helpful directions cheese plate
The front desk team was very friendly! Sona checked me in. She provided helpful directions to places I wanted to visit and helped. I also received a fruit and cheese plate from the team!
The gym was a bit small. It could use more equipment!

warm welcome clean room central location perfect location
the staff presented a warm welcome. The room was clean. A short walk connected me to the main street. I enjoyed that the hotel location was PERFECT for exploring.
The colors in my room felt quite drab. I would have liked brighter decor.

its location is convenient. the hotel is next to the Byward Market with easy access to numerous shops and restaurants. the accessibility made my outings seamless and MUCH more enjoyable.
